We buy land, single-family houses, townhouses, condos, and apartments, as well as mixed-use commercial buildings. Once acquired, we develop the properties by building or renovating existing structures to add value for our residents and partner communities. Thereafter, we reposition the improved properties by leasing or selling them to drive returns for our stakeholders.
