INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
Our investment philosophy is grounded in the tenets of pragmatism and diversification. As active managers, it is necessary to take independent and often contrarian views with respect to real assets as well as the industry as a whole to deliver consistent returns.
Drawing from years of portfolio management and real estate development experience, we identify properties that are undervalued due to disparities between investor perception and underlying fundamentals.
Once identified, each investment opportunity is thoroughly vetted using a rigorous, disciplined, and data-driven process where financials are reviewed with a focus on identifying normalized cash flows as well as the industry dynamics at play with respect to each property’s unique competitive position.
INVESTMENT FOCUS
We pursue a broad base of privately negotiated equity investments across multiple real estate asset classes. We secure these opportunities by leveraging our longstanding relationships with local brokers as well as individual and institutional investors to source both on and off-market properties.
Our investment portfolio is comprised of single-family residential, multi-family residential, and commercial properties in the Southeastern and Western United States.
